"We arrived at 7.30pm, expecting the event to start at 8.30pm, but it was delayed to 10pm without prior notice. With our 9-month-old baby, we endured the cold until 9pm, as I am a nursing mother. The freezing weather prompted us to depart since we couldn't gain entry due to insufficient communication. Had we been informed earlier, we could have arranged for childcare.
